Lumut Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (LUNAS) has garnered significant attention from high-ranking stakeholders following the recent downslipping of LCS1 on June 23rd, along with a visit and press conference held by the Defence Minister at our yard on June 4th, 2024.

Mr. Azhar Mohamad Yusof, the Secretary of the Policy & Strategic Planning Division of MINDEF, Brigadier General Dato’ Dr. Mohd Radzi Bin Hj Abdul Hamid, the Director General of Defence Planning at MAF Headquarters, along with their delegates, visited LUNAS on June 7th, 2024.

The warm reception and detailed tour of the LCS project area for the delegates showcased LUNAS’s commitment in delivering excellence and dedication in ensuring that the LCS project is completed and delivered with the highest standards of quality.
