On July 11, 2024, Lumut Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (LUNAS) had an engaging meeting with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk) and Port of Antwerp-Bruges International (PoABI) for the Lumut Maritime Industrial City (LuMIC) feasibility study, a visionary initiative set to transform Malaysia’s maritime landscape.

LuMIC is a proposed development project aimed at creating a hub for maritime industries in Lumut. To ensure the success of this study, LUNAS; represented by the Chief Financial Officer, Mohamad Mustafa, Head of Legal, Puti Mazura Mashudi, and Head of Corporate Communication, Suhana Albakri Abu Bakar was honored to be invited by PKNPk and PoABI to discuss and exchange ideas regarding the successful planning of the project.

This meeting marks LUNAS’s commitment to delivering excellence and our dedication to ensuring the successful realization of LuMIC, fostering strong partnerships, and advancing the maritime industry’s capabilities in Malaysia.
