Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) proudly participated in a CSR initiative organized by IMAR Maju Sdn Bhd (IMAR) on 24th October 2024, in support of Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan Manjung Selatan (PNKMS). Demonstrating its ongoing commitment to local communities, LUNAS contributed essential paint supplies for use by members of the association, primarily fishermen, to maintain and enhance the appearance of their boats while ensuring safer and more efficient vessels for daily use.

LUNAS was represented by Chief Operating Officer (COO), Commander (R) Jal Shazidi Bassari, and Assistant Manager of the Corporate Communication Department, Mr. Rizal Zubair, in delivering the paint supplies to the association. The presentation was overseen by IMAR’s Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Hj Ireland Mohar bin Abdul Rahman, along with Mr. Nahar Ruddin bin Tan, Chairman of PNKMS.

This collaboration underscores LUNAS’s commitment in delivering excellence while showcasing our dedication to positively impacting the livelihoods of local fishermen and contributing to the maritime community’s well-being.
