LUNAS and UPNM Sign MoU on Human Capital Development
Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) achieved a significant milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM) on 28th November 2024. This partnership, represented by our Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Mohamad Mustafa and Lt Jen Datuk Mardzuki Muhammad, Vice-Chancellor of the National Defence University, and witnessed by Datuk Seri Dr. Zaini Ujang, Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education, underscores a shared commitment to advancing human capital development.
Focusing on workforce development and fostering innovation, this MoU paves the way for strategic initiatives that will enhance skills, promote knowledge exchange, and prepare a future-ready workforce for the maritime and defense sectors.
