On 25th October 2024, Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) presented hampers to the National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM) as part of their ‘Satu Pemimpin Satu Kampung’ (Santun MADANI) program, which UPNM organized to strengthen community engagement with residents of Mukim To’ Uban, Pasir Mas, Kelantan. Representing LUNAS, Ms. Arina Raihan and Ms. Anis Nur Najwa from the Corporate Communication Department handed over the hampers to UPNM representatives led by Mrs. Nor Hazimah Abd Aziz, Head of Administration, Student Affairs and Alumni Department at the university’s main campus in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

Through this contribution, LUNAS aims to help address essential needs and alleviate some of the challenges faced by the residents of Mukim To’ Uban. This collaboration underscores LUNAS’s commitment in delivering excellence through corporate social responsibility, emphasizing support for underserved communities while upholding the company’s focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values.
